A replacement system, sized for your actual house.

The most common mistake in this trade is replacing a system with whatever was there before. We run the load calculation first, because the old unit was often wrong too.

What it actually covers

  • Room-by-room Manual J load calculation
  • Ductwork inspection before sizing
  • Written proposal with three options
  • Old system removal and disposal
  • New pad, line set and disconnect
  • Commissioning report on completion
A newly installed outdoor condenser unit on a level concrete pad with a neatly routed line set.

Bigger is not better

An oversized system cools fast, shuts off early, and leaves humidity behind. It also cycles harder, which shortens the life of the part that costs the most to replace.

Sizing down to the real load usually means a smaller, quieter, cheaper unit that runs longer and dehumidifies properly. That conversation costs us margin, which is roughly why it does not happen more often.
