We measure before we quote
Static pressure, refrigerant charge, airflow at every register, and a look at the ductwork. Numbers first, opinions second.

You get the readings, in writing
Including what each one should be and what yours is. If a repair will hold, we will tell you it will hold.

A fixed price, agreed before we start
If the scope changes once we are inside the equipment, we stop and re-quote rather than letting the invoice drift.

We commission and document it
Every install is measured after it runs, not just after it is bolted down. You get the commissioning report.
Every install gets a Manual J load calculation. Most companies skip it.
It takes about an hour and it is the only way to know what your house actually needs rather than what the last installer guessed. We include it on every replacement at no extra charge.
